Petal Sensory Box

 

One special way to celebrate Valentine's Day with the little ones is to create a sensory box of different kinds of homemade petals made out of tissue paper, silk, felt, construction paper, foam and other fun textures.  

Origami Heart Rings

Bloomize has a wonderful tutorial for how to make origami heart rings for Valentine's Day.  What's really neat is the two colored paper matches with the base and the front of the ring to make it two toned.
