Flower Tiaras
A brown paper bag is rolled up into a circle to make the foundation for a tiara. Happy hooligans then goes outside to collect flowers and ties them onto the tiara for a pretty spring head decoration.

Beaded Flower Bracelet
Crystal beads are wrapped into a circle using jewelry wire and then interspersed with other tiny beaded circles to make this delicate flower bracelet. Panda hall also adds some heart beads for variety.

Felt Flower Wreath
