Heart People
Scrapbooking paper is cut into heart shapes and given pipe cleaner legs and arms and smaller paper heart hands and feet to turn them into people. The hybrid chick then gives them googly eyes and a smile to complete the look.

Embossed Jars
Baby food jars are decorated for Valentine's Day with glue and then painted over to give them a nifty embossing effect with about family crafts. She then fills them with heart shaped lollipops.

Snowmen Lanterns

Mitten Lacing Cards
Construction paper is cut into a mitten shape with holes punched around the edges to make mitten lacing cards with busy bee kids crafts. She then lets the kids practice their find motor skills by threading the cards with yarn.

Hygloss also has a lacing card tutorial but with a winter theme of mittens. The cute idea is they use full page construction paper so the kids can actually wear the mittens once they're laced.
