Make giant paper airplanes out of poster board with fireflies and mud pies.  Plus, since you're using poster board they'll be super sturdy.

Toilet Paper Roll Airplane

A toilet paper roll is the base for this cardboard constructed airplane.

To make the plane you'll need:

- a toilet paper tube
- a cardboard box
- masking tape

Paper Airplane Art

The domestic project has a cute idea for how to turn paper airplanes into art work. Kids could easily make a modified version using just paper airplanes and tape for the flight patterns. It's a great way to save some of the many paper airplanes that get made.
