Rainbow Wind Catcher
A paper plate is cut in half and a rainbow is painted on it to make the base for this rainbow wind catcher. Next a pretty cool life sticks long strands of colorful tape to blow in gusty March windes.

Fourth of July Windsock
A pumpkin and a princess uses chipboard, scrapbooking paper and ribbons to make a festive wind sock to celebrate the Fourth of July. An empty paper roll could be used too.

Paper and Tissue Wind Sock
This is an easy craft to make and fun to see the windy spring weather. The crafting chicks have kids color a piece of paper and tape it in a circle, adding colorful crepe paper streamers to the bottom. They also add a paper handle to hand it from a tree.
