Make Your Own Snow
Did you know that you can use the contents of a diaper to make fake snow? It's crazy but it works. Remove the insides, add to your favorite sensory bin and let the kids add water. The material expands and makes a squishy snowy substance.

Refrigerator Snowman
Crafting my talents sticks paper eye, nose, mouth, scarf and buttons onto a refrigerator to turn it into a snowman.

Winter Tree Craft
Meet the dubiens takes tape and makes a tree and then paints the background in pretty blues. When the paint dries she removes the tape for a pretty tree silhoutte.

Paper Plate Birds and Nests
Happy National Bird Day. To help celebrate below are some cute bird nest crafts for kids.
My city for kids folds a brown painted paper plate to make a pocket and stuffs it with little paper chickens and raffia.
Good for ages 6 and up.

Nestful of eggs uses a white paper plate as the background gluing on felt eggs, a birdie and tree branch. She uses straw to make the nest.
