Fouth of July Party Crackers

Make some of your own July 4 firecrackers with this poppers from formula mom.  She uses patriotic scrapbooking  paper to cover toilet paper tubes, and fills with red and white candy mints inside white tissue paper.  Finally, she ties them up with shiny blue and red string.
