Fingerprint Necklace

Fingerprints are impressed in clay to make sweet pendants for a necklace.

Bella dia has a cute fingerprint or thumprint necklace idea for Mother's day.  Simply mold clay into the shape you'd like the necklace and press down the child or children's finger, bake and add a string.

Good for ages 2 and up.

Kimbos crafts embellishes the idea a bit more and uses heart shaped clay adding colorful beads as well.  You could also use the matching color birthstones for the beads to personalize them even more.
